INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LEASE
THIS LEASE is made as of the l st day of August, 2004 between
CENTERPOINT PROPERTIES TRUST,; a Maryland real estate investment trust
("LANDLORD"), and THE KNOCKOUT GROUP, INC., a corporation ("TENANT").
ARTICLE I- LEASE TERMS
