BYLAWS
OF
FIRST COMMUNITY CORPORATION

Adopted November 2, 1994
Amended on November 21, 2006

ARTICLE 1: OFFICES

        Section 1: Registered Office and Agent. The registered office of the Corporation shall be at 1300 Sumter Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201. The registered agent shall be Michael C. Crapps.

        Section 2: Other Offices. The Corporation may also have offices at such other places within and without the State of South Carolina as the Board of Directors may from time to time determine or the business of the Corporation may require.
