TERMINATION AGREEMENT
THIS TERMINATION AGREEMENT, dated as of the 31st day of January, 2007,
among Optionable, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Capital
Energy Services, LLC, a New York limited liability company ("CES").
